Why prices so low ?
Skynube is founded to give you the best service with the best price. Our prices will always be low.
How am I billed?
Every cloud server is billed per daily, weekly, monthly, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months and 36 months caps.
You can make the payment by credit card,paypal or bank transfer methods.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
How do i pay my bill?
Your bills are created in the last week before your service ends and you receive a reminder mail. Extra 7 days are given for the virtual servers which haven’t been paid until the last payment day. You receive two reminder mails during these 7 days.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, please open up a ticketwith our support team.
How much do IPs cost?
IPv4 addresses cost $3/month.
What advantages does SSD Cloud Service have over Shared Hosting Plan?
Skynube users have their cloud service in 30 seconds. Skynube provides root access, personalization and online management opportunities.
What advantages does an SSD cloud server have over a dedicated server?
NGCloud allows the personalization —a task that is much more difficult on a dedicated box. Changing the amount of RAM on a box can be done with a simple reboot. Expanding the disk size takes less than 15 minutes. The same process can take hours or days with a dedicated setup.
